Be returned in original packaging

Gift cards
Perishable or consumable goods
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zwbuy.com and include photos of the issue.
